Ordered 2 different floral arrangements from Bloomex for my sister-in-law and mother-in-law for Mother's Day. Both were not delivered on Mother's day as promised. Ordered large bouquets for both and they were sent less than 6 single stem small pink roses (just single roses). I have been told for the last 3 days a manager will call me - nothing! And whenever I call back I get the worst absolute customer service. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! They have hung up on me - yelled back - and told me I should be thankful they came.
