I signed up for the trial one night. When I realized the info I needed was not found on the site I cancelled (went through the steps but I never received an email confirming, my bad for not following up). On April 17, I was billed $59.88. Contacted them immediately but was told to contact Archives.com instead of the front company GreatFamily because Archives.com handles the billing. They told me they couldn't process a refund. Disputed it through my cc company and they told them they wouldn't process a refund. Next step is BBB for me.
