I got a questionnaire to answer online. After answering it, I got a box saying that I won a juvessio Anti Wrinkle Serum free bottle trial
I registered my bank details to pay for shipping, and they took 1.95.
after that, they took continuous payments without authorization from my account.(£87 every month).
I didn't get any email notifications to inform me about requesting payment.
after two months , I received my bank statement which showed me (£87 of money was out every month for juvessio).
Also, I didn't receive any item till today from them.
when, I contacted their email , they told me they cancelled it.
I asked them to return my money back, but they didn't pay attention to my request and they replied with "our phone number is opened 24 hrs for your convenience".

they should be stopped.
I trusted them because I am an oversea student and I thought that they are authorized organization like other online shopping services in UK
