I have just come off the phone with an extrremly impolite woman from Bloomex who by the sound of it doesnt care my mothers day order was not delivered on mothers day!

1.) I phoned Bloomex at 11am (NZ Time) - 9ish am Australian time Saturday 10th May 2014. I asked if you could deliver to post code 2121 in sydney -I Was told yes. I asked if the flowers I was planning to order were avaialble - I Was told yes.
2.) Within 5 minutes of that phone call I placed and paid for my order online using creditcard. I recieved an order confirmnation with my order reference number.

It wasnt until 5.40pm last night (Mothers Day) that I phoned my dad to see if the flowers had arrived and nope nothing not a phone call an email nothing from Bloomex

I emailed last night my dissapointment and was expecting someone to contact me back today I have sent 3 emails today and now just been on my NZ cell phone calling Australia to speak so a horrid woman from the organisation who was not listening to me kept rudely interuppting me and basically giving excuses. I never recieved any email or phone call saying they coulnd deliver my order on Mothers day even though they said they could when I phoned them prior to my order.

I cant believe this to be honest Im even more upset by the person they have answering the phone she absoultley should not be answering the phones shes rude and has no ears. The company is fully untrustworthy and obviously dont value their customers.

Bloomex have rude, impolite staff that do not take any ownership of their mistakes and makes excuses. They lied to me about whether they can deliver but happily took my money. they made no effort to contact me after several emails and a $9 cell phone call that I had to make only to be spoken to like I was nothing. They wont return me emails. do I wait and see if they refund me or keep wasting my time trying to contact them. This has been the worst experience and super dissapointing.
