I ordered a bouquet of 6 roses & paid an additional $9.95 to 'supersize' the bouquet. Only 6 roses were delivered with accompanying fake flowers to make the bunch appear larger. I've emailed Bloomex Australia twice asking why did they not supersize the bunch & why did they send fake flowers but I am yet to receive any sort of response from them. I'd like a full refund please.
