So, I ordered this product along with the cleanse for the free trials back in December 2013. First off, after the 14 day trials were up I was charged over $150 (86.00 for the GC and 72.00 for the cleanse). I had no idea there were going to do this as that had not been well explained in the trial order. I then called and complained about the charges and cancelled the trials and received a partial refund. Then in January I received another bottle in the mail (which I did not order)and looked on my bank account to see that I had been charged another 25.00 for the additional bottle. When I called about this they said it was a "New Year's gift." 1. I DID NOT WANT ANOTHER BOTTLE! 2. WHO THE HECK CHARGES FOR A "GIFT?" I complained my ASS OFF about that one and they gave me a full refund and told me a could keep the bottle for the "inconvience." Well, the first set of tablets never worked so now I have a useless, unopened bottle in my cabinet that I never ordered in the first place. Finally, in February, I saw another charge on my account from them, in the amount of 96.00. I called and they said that I never cancelled my subscription for the GC caps (which I definitely calcelled over a month ago) and I was being charged for continuing the subscription for another month and would be sent another bottle. WHAT THE F**K???! I yelled and complained for a while until she finally put a monager on the phone and pulled up all the records of my previous calls and saw that I had called to cancel my subscription a month prior. So I got a refund and made sure they deleted all of my personal info so that no more "mix ups" could happen again. So far, they have not tried to charge me for anything else or send me anything else since then, and it better stay that way. Worst experience I have ever had with a company in my life!
