In November 2013 I ordered i and never recieved Black - 360 Degree Smartphone Car Mount # 0936828SIY. I contacted with customer service several times by email and by the phone in January 2014. I got unswer by email for the product - Car Mount for Phone
- My supervisor was able to locate your parcel- it looks like it was returned back to the suppliers warehouse in error by the Postal Service in the originating country.
