I watched that information channel on TV for hours before I decided to finally give it a try, I finally ordered,They stated that no money was needed for a thirty day trial, So I was in the process of ordering when I dropped the phone and could not give them important information and ask any further questions. Uninfortatuanaly, They had already had all the information they needed to charge my debit card, and get there money immediately, When I tried to call them back or get in touch with them it was useless, I could not contact them phone or in any means web etc.Actually they wanted to charge me again when I went back or tried to call the same number that I ordered from. Since then I have no way or do not have any way to contact them. All I can do is call by bank and block any futher charges from them. Iam affraid they will try to charge me more money for things I did not realize or etc.
What they fail to mention on there commercials is that unless you have a magic jack, it will cost you a long distance call. My mother tried to call me but she had to dial long distance to call me a mile away. This sucks, why don't they tell you that? I want my money back and cannot figure how to get it. I will post on facebook and the newspapers and every kind of media I can think of to warn people of this scam.
