In September 2013 I got a call from Steve, a "Kaspersky" representative, with an urgent message that my computer was in danger of being damaged by malware. I went to my PC and followed his instructions. He downloaded something or other and I foolishly gave him my credit card for his "service". I only got suspicious when Steve called again today--this time he was representing Microsoft--with an urgent message than my network was in danger. I told him firewall was on and that Kaspersky software had been updated and that I didn't see a need for his services. I said I would have to do more research on his company before dealing with him. I told him I did not trust anyone who called me to say that mye PC was in danger of malware. He told me that was no way to treat a technician who was only trying to help me. I hung up on him. Thanks to Scambook for confirming my suspicions that Itechline is a scam.
