I ordered the 'Free Sample's' for shipping cost of £4.99 each (2). When I received the samples there was a leaflet enclosed that advised of the cost of the product if I wished to proceed with the next delivery. I decided i would rather grow old gracefully than use a product that would cost me that much per month.
I sent the goods back to the return address on the box and enclosed a note saying I did not wish to proceed any further.

On 27th March I noticed that £167.90 was taken from my account by Lumanelle. I then received another 2 boxes and promptly sent them back. This time I tracked my parcel. I have sent numerous emails requesting my account be re-imbursed and am still awaiting a reply.

I am not in the position to lose this kind of money and think the people behind this are vile.
