My friend and I booked a two vacation packages last Dec. for $761 per couple. We had the honor of dealing with Gayle - the rudest sales rep ever. We never did get a reservation booked and have been trying to get a refund ever since. It is now April and I'm still getting the 'pass the buck promises' anytime we are able to speak to someone. Does anyone know how to file a class action suit against these people?
