We purchased a package for 2 couples for $149 per person from vacation cities. From a man named Jean Sims. We were then handed off to Gayle. From there we were handed off to Gabriela Santamria from Deals Advisors Mexico. She had us fax all of our driver's license and credit cards. We got a check in voucher to Sol ArenaYMar hotel at the BlueBay Grand Esmeralda. Yesterday we got an email saying our trip had been cancelled because another family had already booked. I have called and called and now am getting hung up on.
