I tried to order a hockey jersey from a site and it seemed legit. I was asked to pay through vimapay and they then gave me my transaction number along with other information for the transaction. I then waited about two weeks because they said after my payment went through I would get a tracking number (which I never got). I emailed customer service and they just sent me back the same information that I already had.
