After signing up for the free trial that didn't arrive for 2 weeks I then cancelled my subscription, whoever was still charged. When I call to query I was told that I didn't complete my cancellation. Ask them to cancel the order and refund the money. This was not possible until the product arrived. The product never arrived. I have been calling them ever since, been promised refunds in 10 days, supervisor phone calls and conformation emails, NOTHING! I am so upset about this as I really need the money and have no idea what else to do, but warn people not to use this shocking, disgraceful company!
