The representative, Jeff Owens, was not truthful with us in estimating the cancellation cost to switch satellite service from Direct TV to Dish. Then they did not cancel service with current provider leading to the subsequent charges of 3 months' fees.
We would advise anyone to hang up if Jeff Owens calls with a 'good deal' from Dish.
