I was an employee before of OmnitechSupport. This company is a scam and they are not resolving issues, instead if you denied to pay they will ruin your computer. Another thing is the scanner itself is a virus, and even if your computer doesn't have any virus, they will tell you it has.. Actually, the technicians are INDIANS not AMERICANS. This is a scam.

In this digital world, it is inevitable that organizations that provide products or services will get complaints from unhappy customers, competitors and sometimes from an alleged ex-employee. OmniTech Support has also had a few unhappy customers, but that number is a tiny fraction in proportion to the tens of thousands of our satisfied customers. But this is the first complaint from someone claiming to be an ex-employee. Amusingly, he is off-base on all his comments. We have offices in the United States, The Philippines and in India, so the complaint that we are all in India would come as a big surprise to all our employees in Los Angeles!
We, at OmniTech Support have thousands of customers who are in long time relationship with us and they are happy with our reliable support. We have earned and maintained an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau, which tells about our success story and trustworthy service at any point of time. So we are hardly a scam! We are a large online support organization and we are managing our business from all over the world and we are headquartered in Los Angeles. We have offices and technicians in The Philippines, India AND the USA. We are a global company. If this were a real employee, he would know that!
OmniTech is an incredibly friendly and positive place to work, which also means “high commitment and motivation from the team”. Also, great support is provided, training offered, job security and opportunity to have career progress for our employees. We haven’t heard from our employees that this is a difficult company to work in. Our HR department and employee management team are always available to hear any employee’s concerns and they take immediate corrective action if the concern is valid.
