while i was looking for flight to go to spain in august time and this airline was coming up the cheapest so i went ahead to book it it ask for my card detail so i add them then it said we will confirm booking as soon as so i rang them to ask if this was right and they said we will email you when the flight has been confirmed in the next 24hrs so i checked again still no confirmation so i rang them again and they said we can not confirm you flight so book it throw another travel agent so i said you have took my £20 of my card i want that back as you should not of took that knowing you could not confirm the booking so they said they would in february still no refund so i emailed them and they sent be a email back saying they have started procedure of refund we are now in march still no refund so i sent another email and they have not replied i am lucky it only £20 that i am fighting to get back but it still not the point they con artist so people do not book throw them cause you could loose a lot of money
