Initially I purchased 4 airline tickets from them and they only processed two. When I looked at confirmation that weekend I saw two passengers were missing. I called immediately and they instructed me back to the website and told me they could not help me book over the phone. I was then charged 150.00 more then the other two tickets. When we came back am or pm was not reflected on itinerary or the tickets and Delta said we missed the flight and would not honor. I called Edreams and they would not help us and said we had to pay for 4 more tickets. We spent 14 hrs in airport to try to get home. HORRIBLE Exp with Edreams rude and not helpful. Please help me I ended up paying another 1000.00 just to get us home .
