Hi guys,

I have ordered shoes last week from www.shoesliveuk.com and never for a second did I think that this page might be a scam. I'm not very experienced online buyer..should have been more cautious. Anyway, back to my incident. I bought the shoes, I was transferred to "my basked", made checkout, paid for my order.
I got really worried when I immediately received email from
[email protected]:
Dear buyer,

Thanks for your payment,We have received your order. It will take us approximately one business day to confirm your payment. Once it is done, you will be notified.



[Important:]
- - Be sure you receive a reply in English of all the inquiry.
- - Wish you have a nice day.

No address, no phone number, no shipment details, and email contained "no-reply".

I went back to their site, and tried to contact them, asking for more details, however, no response was ever received. In their page no address is stated as well, no information about this firm, nothing.
I checked my bank account and saw that reserved money were in Chinese currency. Contacted my bank, however, their insurance doesn't really cover such irresponsible online shopping..

After couple of days I received another email. This time from
[email protected]:

Dear Jorune Laimikyte:
We are the payment service provider for www.shoesliveuk.com, Thank you for shopping on www.shoesliveuk.com. We have received your order, where as www.shoesliveuk.com wouldn't be able to arrange shipping and delivery for your purchase(s) until you have paid your order.

This somehow calmed me a bit, I thought I will eventually receive my order. But once again was disappointed - link not working, no response to my emails, etc.
Finally I have found several complaints about www.shoesliveuk.com and I've finally accepted the fact that I was scammed.

I would really appreciate any kind of support from you guys. Even if I won't get my money back, I hope you can do something to ban/block those damn scammers!

p.s. shoes were really really nice.
