I ordered a pair of womens Nike trainers at £40 from this website. At payment stage there was an option to add Express Delivery at a cost of £8 (displayed as optional) however you could not continue to payment without selecting it (first weird bit i found) i selected it anyways thinking due to it being abroad and already cheaper than i would have paid in a shop. Secondly i received the No Reply email and felt a complete idiot. You cannot submit queries despite it having a vague Contact Us page. It just says to resubmit each time you try. FAIL. The link doesn't display a LOCK icon which usually means its safe, big give away and feel even more of a prat. However, i have checked my bank statement, on 26th transaction for amount of £51.50 for a symamarket (clearly the shoesliveuk site) and then a random 7.99 from a different name and a 1.53 transaction due to it being abroad. Bank to investigate. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. IT NEEDS TO BE REMOVED.
