We never ordered these services and had never heard of this company. They say the first transaction was 05/12/2009. It was "no charge". The second charge was 11/25/2013 for $494.99. In December there was a .00 credit and now this bill for $494.99. I never ordered these internet sevices. My husband has not worked in months and we absolutely have no need for these services.
