I dialed this # by mistake trying to pay an electric bill (1-800-342-3616) and was then offered a $100 gift card. Thought it was legit as I was not aware I had misdialed. They lead you to think you will sign up for a one time fee of $4.95 and an additional monthly fee of $19.95 if you do not cancel with in 15 days. Within min. of signing up I received 4 emails from 4 different companies stating they would each charge a $19.95 monthly fee????? what I did not agree to this. I immediately called and emailed to cancel these services. I received email confirmations that they were cancelled. However I also called my credit card company to inform them of the issues in case they try to still charge theses fees. I was told if they "do" that I have to file an un authorized fee complaint. I now have to check my credit card weekly over the next 30 days just in case they try to sneak in the charges. I will at this time hope to only be out of the $4.95 fee, but I will have to wait and see. If you are reading this I suggest you take the same steps ASAP.
