When I ordered for this product I thought I was ordering for a free trial and all i had to pay for were shipping costs . Today I noticed the company had taken money from my account so I called and one of their very rude agents who not only hung up on me but told me that I could not get a refund because I accepted their terms and conditions. She said that it was a 14 day risk free trial not a free trial. I ordered the products on the 07th March and its the 21st march today so I believe that I am within the 14 days only for her come up with "you ordered at 12.54 pm and its now 5.23 am or something to that effect so i cant refund your money". This is not only unacceptable behavior but unethical and might I add daylight robbery. Nothing on their website mentions anything about the time of the order. It just goes to show how desperate they are to rip people off.

The money they took is in British Pounds not US Dollars
