I had the same experience as everyone else: paid for "free" sample then found 89 pounds and 95.95 pounds (c $250) deducted from my credit card account.
Here's how I solved the problem and got my money back:
- refused delivery of the product when asked to sign for it by the postman, so it was returned. How could I be expected to pay for a product I never received?
- contacted my credit card company and told them to block all future payments from the company, which showed as "Skin Glamour Antiaging"
- gave credit card company the facts and asked if they could help
Result: full refund to my account within two days.
Don't get mad, get your money back! They are crooks, don't let them win!
