I ordered a 14 day trial of Equinox Day Serum Lotion and Night Serum Lotion. Rec'd them about a week later and after a few days the skin on my face had become terribly dry. I quit using and called the company Customer Service number and was told I was past the 14 day trial period so they charged my credit card with a $99 and $93 charge. I asked for a refund and they were nasty and told me I didn't qualify for a refund. They refused to let me speak to a supervisor and refused to tell me how to contact the company direct. Please help me if you can.
