I requested a trial sample to be sent and then found out if i made no further contact the company would deduct a payment of £99.00 and assume i was satisified with the product. If it is a trial sample why would you be asked to pay £2.99 and then automatically have another £99.00 to pay. A trial sample should be just that and the whole advert is misleading. I requested cancellation straight away and have e-mai to confirm but payment still deducted. I am now writing to them to request all monies are refunded.
