do NOT buy from this company. There customer service is a JOKE, you can NOT reach any on the phone. The phone keeps ringing and ringing and ringing. the only thing i ever got from them was an order number. no tracking number, no order information nothing. I wish i would have read the reviews prior to ordering my 100 dollar clip in extensions; i also tried doing the live chat and heard nothing from anyone. My 103 dollar purchase stayed pending for several days when i paid extra money for the shipping. I also read that many people didn't get there shipment in until 3 weeks later after the fact that they paid for extra shipping. These people are located in another country and to me it sounds like a SCAM! do not order from this website, i was very unsatisfied!
