Flowers ordered and paid for and not delivered within 6 days of the order. No way to get a refund and they are delivering the flowers today going against my latest request to have both orders cancelled. I can't imagine the state the flowers will be in now that they are a week old and still not received. There is no negotiation with staff or management absolutely not possible to get any form of customer service. I have lost over $100 in flowers in 2 orders that were never delivered and I am also unable to cancel those orders or receive a refund. Going by all the complaints I have since read on the internet I can't believe this company still operates.
