dear sir,
i purchased a product from shopclues.com with order id 11224781 on 16/02/2014, when i received iton 19/02/2014, it was damaged. i immediately contacted with shopclues customer support and apply for exchange, they told me upload the photograph along with detail, i did the same.
after that i contacted with them through mail as well as phone no 0124-441 4888 but only i was getting response "sir your problem will be resolved in 48 hrs" till now i becomes one month and i didn't get any proper reply from them.
sir, please resolve my problem and refund my money back.
