I'm Kinshuk Vijay. i purchased Led TV from shopclues.com
I received the product late (23rd Feb) and its defective. Till now I chasing the customer support but they have only one answer “We forward your issue to concern dept. they will response you in 3-4 days. There is no transparency in their process that customer know about its ticket status. Very Very Pathetic service.
