There was an automatic survey that popped up and
after the survey there was a free bid for samsung phone and 3 $ shipping cost which I need to bear. but after I got my statement I realised that they have charged 68$ and I never recived the producy. This is a cheating and below are their details. Is there anyone who can fix this and put them behind bars.
