I was a client of PayMatters until they changed their company without warning or even any notification at all.
My account manager was sacked and no-one knew anything about my account.
Now umbrella.co.uk tells me I need to re-join through Umbrella.co.uk as PayMatters is no longer trading.
I have paid £2987 for absolutely nothing!
Furious no-one has a clue what's going on after some sort of legal case was lost a few weeks ago.
