Just like all the other complaints listed for this company, mine is the same. Shoulda known it was too good to be true. Allegedly there is bold print on the ad about trial period of 12 days. I never received a confirmation email for my purchase. I had to call the 888 number 3x (in a row- total wait time 29 minutes) to be told the first charge I can't get back but the 2nd charge of 89.99 was just shipped and I get to jump through hoops by writing a certain phrase on the bis for return to get my money back. But I've got 30 days from today to make sure it's returned or I'll be charged. What a GD scam! So I'm out, at this time 89.99x2. Fml
