In August 2013 I signed up with NCSA at the request of my son in the hope that the service would boost his chances of scholarship in football. In December 2013 I got relocated outside the US and had to move my son unexpectedly. I got in touch with NCSA to see if they could continue to help my son in obtaining a scholarship if he took up soccer in the new country we moved to because ultimately he will attend college in the US. We were told this was not possible. On trying cancel the membership, I have been informed that i will continue to pay the remaining balance on my account even if NCSA will not be offering me any services. I would say, stay away from this company if you do not want to lose your money.

Update: 03/12/2014

NCSA have resolved the matter. My issue was handled professionally by Joe and resolved it to our satisfaction. No money will be deducted and NCSA offered to continue supporting my son with his future plans. Thank you NCSA!
