Ordered by internet the free trial of the Luma repair and day cream on Feb 10, 2014.Unfortunately did not hunt down the fine print at that time, I now had read the fine print and realized it was a "Do Nothing and get it forever until cancelled program".Have not used the product yet so called to say I would like future shipments delayed as I have now payed full price I might as well try it. They have 3 different phone numbers to the same location, Initially they have a recording regarding the free trial. When I finally got to talk with someone I was read out my entire ordering file inclusive of dates that I had not met in regards to the free trial. I found this very defensive by them and I now question the ethics of this company and will not be using any of their products. Easy way to get a cash flow coming in from an unsuspecting public.Cannot get individuals to pay the exorbitant price outright so make a free offer that you end up paying the orginal price for anyway PS Can't find where they are located
