The company said they would provide "on-line technical support" for five years for $999.88 to my 85 year old mother. They talked her into it and proceeded to load malware and spyware onto her computer. She did not need "on-line technical support" as all she does is email. They keep calling her back to sign her up for more services. We have told them not to call but thye keep doing it.
