This is total fraud. They took me for a lot, and they really screwed up my Mac. If you are older like me, you might be fooled when all of the sudden you can't get off a browser page because a notice comes up telling you that the browser is not working and to call their number. I don't know who owns the company, but I did find three physical addresses for them if that helps anyone. Of course a boiler room can be set up any where. My impression is that the company was sued by Microsoft for using their name.

They are very rude on the phone if one questions them for more information about the company. It is a boiler room operation. Headquarters are in New Dehli.

Whoever is behind this scam is bilking the less computer savvy users for a lot of dough. I fell for a 5 year contract. What an idiot! Contract just ended. I only used them the one time, and when I tried to get a refund right away they said no way,

I wouldn't have even thought about this if they hadn't called me today to see how I liked the service and if I wanted to renew.

Don't be fooled! There are plenty of great technical support in the USA and they will refund your money!
