I, too, thought I was joining BidRack for "free" and then realized I had been charged $99.00 for bids at $.60 each. I would have bought a few bids to try things out...but never $100 worth at one time. I attempted to get the "bid package" exchanged for a smaller bid package and was refused.
I then went ahead and used the bids and on May 29 and on May 31 I purchased two watches for twins birthday on July 2nd. I was informed delivery would be 14 days. I did not receive the watches until late July. On or about June 29th I sent an email to BidRack requesting a refund on the bid and shipping and handling and wanted to cancel the watches. I have multiply emails to bidrack in the following months...I still have the watches, unopened, and have never received an appropriate response.

Now, I probably won't. I'm pissed that I was stupid enough to get caught up with these rip-off, losers.
