I ordered the trial diet pills and cleanse for $4.95 a piece, then my account got charged $79.95 and $89.97 in November 2013. I called when I received my pills to return them and get my money back and cancelled the recurring order and they gave me a return ID number to ship them back. I sent them back with that number on the outside like they told me and I never received a refund. They then sent me another bottle of Splendera in December and charged my account again for $89.97. I called them again and asked why I didn't receive my refund and they said they didn't know if they received them. I then asked why they sent me and charged me for another bottle of pills when I had cancelled the order and they said send the pills back and they would refund my money. Why would I send them back the product when I did that the last month and was left with no refund and no product. I had to close my account so they could not charge me again.

This is the biggest scam that I've ever seen! I would love to see guys put out of business!
