I saw the advertisement on Facebook for a FREE 14 day trail on 2 products only having to pay for the post and packaging.
I sent for the trial only to find products that actually made my skin worse, so after day 3 I emailed Lumanelle informing them I was returning their products and I didn't want any more.
The day after my email Lumanelle took £169.90 from my account.
I have since emailed them but no reply - I am upset Facebook allows these scam merchants on their site. This company must be exposed, for stealing money and deceiving innocent people who believe what they read !
