Signed up for a free trial of the product not realizing that i would be charged the entire amount of the product if i didn't cancel in 10 days. once the second shipment came in i called to cancel and they agreed to cancel my account and refund my money. I sent the product back but did not receive a refund. Now a few months later I have received 2 more shipments in the mail (for no reason) and have been charged 3 more times. I have tried to call the company but the phone number is not valid.
