I have a bought a Brooklyn Queen Bed frame online on www.melbourniansfurniture.com.au paying through paypal. First of all, I never received any email confirmation, or invoice. Second, their customer support is non-existent, because they never respond to you. Third, the furniture was delivered when I was not at home, and without any call they just left it outdoor. Unfortunately the bed head was internally broken, and when I tried to contact the company I only received an email after a week of complaints, saying that they are not going to send the replacement if I don't pay the delivery back. This company is horrible, please, avoid them.
