Our cellphone was dead and we had to call someone immediately from the airport. We used a card-swipe payphone. The call was less than 30 seconds because we ONLY left a voicemail for the person we called. CERTAINLY NOT $22.70 worth, and there was no notification of such charges (was supposed to be $1 a minute or something close to that, according to the text on the outside of the phone).
