I left my cell phone at home and needed to make a call. I found a pay phone at the Fred Meyer store in Issaquah WA. I had no change so I used my debit card. the pay phone said calls were .50 cents. When I got my bank statement I found a charge on it from WIMACTEL INC for $17.48! there is nothing on the payphone or in the recorded message that says there will be a fee other than the 50 cents! my phone call was about a minute long. this is outrageous!
