Acting on behalf of my fiance...He kept on getting tx messages about loans so he decided to look into it as we are getting married,when he found out that there was a charge after filling in his bank details he went no further with it & did not submit for them to take any money,but when he checked his bank account on the 14/2/2014 he found out that money had been taken by castle finance direct of the sum £39.00 which was a shock to him,when trying to e-mail the company the e-mail address is invalid & we don,t know what to do on getting his money back as they had no right in taking any money at all.

- Hi there. This happened to me in exactly the same circumstances. I called my bank to report fraudulent activity and they said that by entering my details I had unknowingly authorised payment and they could not refund it. Your fiancé needs to lodge a complaint with the financial Ombudsman service and they will resolve the dispute and organise a refund. spoke to them today and they were very helpful. Their number is 0800 023 4 567.
