I ordered a hand bag and a wallet on 2-5-2014 and on 2-5-2014 an amount of $168.36 was taken from my bank account for the purchase but I never received the merchandise. I've tried to contact them on several occasions but haven't gotten a response yet and it's been more than two weeks. I would like to have my merchandise or my money refunded.
