I received two calls on my cell phone today and one call yesterday asking me to call 201-607-8922 regarding an alleged law suit that has been filed against me by the US Treasury Department of Legal Affairs. I currently am extremely fearful in facing having to call this phone number due to the negative impact this situation has had on my psychological state.

The calls strongly suggested I call them back at the above number to inquire what this alleged law suit is all about. The caller indicated that if I decide not to call this number back to discuss this supposed action taken against me that the case would end in a legal mess for me.

The two calls were made to me on my cell phone by the same person who had a strong Indian (India) dialect.

This event is causing me great distress as I really don't understand why legal action has been taken against me.

The distress, fear and my concern over the possible harassment and discrimination has been much more magnified in my mind due to the fact that I am currently being treated for psychological disorders. My psychological disorders are of such a severe nature that I am currently unable to work. As such, I had no choice but to file for a Social Security Disability Benefit. My claim was accepted by Social Security and I have been and continue to am receive a monthly Social Security disability benefit.

This entire situation as already caused a significant deterioration in the state of my mental disability.
