I went on a web site Miracle Phytocermides I thought I was ordering 1 bottle of the anti-aging supplement. The total before I processed the order was about $20 (don't remember exact amount)Immediately I checked my bank account and 2 charges went through, 1 for $9.95 shipping? and I for $198.50. I called phone number in bank transaction 855-554-9206. I spoke with customer service explained the situation and they said I would receive a refund for about 29.00. and I would be getting 3 bottles, I agreed to that. Now 7 days later have not received any refund or product. I called the phone number above and they had no record of my order. No name phone number or zip code. I asked how I could resolve this, she said they are only customer service and THEY did not charge my account. I asked how I could get in touch with the company who did. She said to call back tomorrow between 8AM -6 PM (not sure what time zone) On the bank transaction it says Thinfittoday is in Utah.
