Went on site and ordered $16.00 item. Declined all other offers. When invoice page revealed it showed bill for for $254.70. No cancelling method on site. Called immediately to complain and correct. This was within 5 minutes of leaving site. On both calls refused to cancel, said no method to do so and refused to let me speak to manager. Persons on phone hardly understandable. Said available remedy is 29% discount, when I refused operator said 30% discount and said otherwise would bill for entire amount and I can try to return merchandise when delivered. I said issue discount to protect myself from higher false claim and will proceed to seek remedy other ways. This company is not to be trusted as it hides in devious ways on its site methods to charge one for goods and services not knowingly ordered.
