This company is an absolute joke. They are like used car salesman's, telling you anything to sign you up. They are rude on the phone, even hanging up on you if you are dissatisfied with there service. I bought a life member package several years ago and still have not used there services as its cheaper to book through "What If".
Then I received a phone from the cheeky buggers wanting a further $99.00 to upgrade the already useless package that I have.
Upon sign I was even told my life membership would get me two for one meals which is another lie.
My advice would be to hang up on any representative from Australia discount holidays.
